Every year, cadets are given an annual validation form to validate their address, email, phone number information, and health status.

The following cadets have not returned their annual validation forms which are due NOW.  Please ensure these forms are returned by Monday, September 30 at the check-in desk. Cadets who have lost the forms should see Mr. Biffin at the check-in desk.

Failure to return this form will result in cadets being unable to attend cadet activities.
