Civilian Staff
The Squadron’s Civilian Instructors (CIs) and Civilian Volunteers (CVs) play a vital role in supporting the operation of the Squadron. Like the officers, civilian staff come from diverse backgrounds and are drawn to the Air Cadet program for many reasons. Some have previous military experience, while others get involved because of a child in the program. Many were cadets themselves, and some simply want to contribute to a youth program that helps develop Canada’s next generation of leaders.
