On the day that a cadet is planning on attending any in-person training activity at the Cadet Hall, they must complete the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire via the attached link. This must be done prior to arriving and be prepared to show the result on your entry.

PLEASE NOTE, this screening is only good for that days activities and must be repeated for each in-person activity.

We suggest that you either email the result to yourself or if you are using a smartphone take a screen shot of the browser window and store the result in your photo’s app. This will allow you to easily access the result.

Below is what the result will look like if you answer all of the questions and show a result that is acceptable.
