Issue # 27
Week of Apr 17, 2016
Unfortunately we are late this week due some unexpected technical concerns but we are now back on track.
The issue for this current week will follow shortly.
Cadet of the Week
FCpl Kennedy
It was a Busy Weekend
First – Gliding CFB Mountainview
35 of the Squadron’s cadets went glider flying this past weekend.
They also had a chance to visit the National Air Force Museum at CFB Trenton.
Second – Our Annual Weekend Training Ganaraska Forest Centre
Another opportunity for cadets to get out in the woods for a weekend of orienteering, survival and leadership experience.
Officer Promotion
Our congratulations this week go to Lt. Booth on his promotion. This was a special moment for all as it is the first time in the squadron’s history
that a wife, who is also a member of the Squadron staff was there along with the CO to help put on his new set of rank badges.
